Perrie Edwards was on hand to help her soccer star boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain celebrate being named man of the match in the FA Cup semi-final on Sunday (23Apr17).

Alex played a starring role as his Arsenal team beat Manchester City in the famous English soccer competition, setting up the London club's equalising goal before they went on to win 2-1.

As a result of his on pitch exploits he was named the game's best player by television pundits.

The Little Mix singer, 23, who confirmed she was dating the sportsman in January (17), watched the match from the stands at Wembley Stadium. And after the game, a delighted Perrie posted a video of herself celebrating with other fans on Snapchat as she screamed, "Man of the match!"

She also used a feature on the social media app to decorate her face in Arsenal colors.

Alex, also 23, has played for Arsenal since 2011, and has been selected to represent England 25 times during his time with the club.

Arsenal's victory over Manchester City, which was earned with an Alexis Sanchez goal in the extra time period, means they will play London rivals Chelsea in the final of the competition on 27 May (17).

The Shout Out to My Ex singer looks to have finally found love with the soccer star after suffering heartbreak when she split from ex-fiance, former One Direction singer Zayn Malik, in 2015.
