Minnie Driver wins restraining order against neighbor

Actress Minnie Driver has won a restraining order against her neighbor following a series of driveway altercations.

Daniel Perelmutter, who lives next door to the Brit in Los Angeles, has been ordered to stay at least 15 yards away from Minnie and her children over the holidays until a hearing next month (Jan16).

In court documents obtained by TMZ.com, the Good Will Hunting actress claims the feud began last month (Nov15), when Perelmutter jumped out in front of her car. She mentions no motive for the altercations, but alleges he told her to "f**k off and die" and cursed at her on more than one occasion and blew cigar smoke in her kids' faces.
