Michael Buble to host Canadian music awards

Singer Michael Buble is heading home to his native Canada in April (13) to host the country's annual Juno Awards.

The Haven't Met You Yet hitmaker has scooped several of the ceremony's prizes during his career, including the 2012 Album of the Year honor for Christmas - and now he's set to present the show.

Buble says, "It's a huge honor to be the host of a show that has done so much for Canadian talent, including myself. I am going to do my very best to make it a great night."

Nominations for the 2013 Juno Awards will be announced on 19 February (13) and the ceremony will take place on 21 April (13).
