Mel B signs deal with WME talent agency

Mel B will now be represented by top talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME).

The former Spice Girl, full name Melanie Brown, joins WME's all-star celebrity roster, with the likes of Adele, Kendrick Lamar, and Pharrell Williams also repped by the company.

After finishing with the British girl group, Mel has gone on to become a household name in the thanks to her judging role on America's Got Talent. She's also trod the boards on Broadway and worked on The X Factor in her native England and the British version of Lip Sync Battle.

And at one point she starred in her own reality show, Mel B: It's a Scary World, with her ex-husband Stephen Belafonte and their daughter Madison, as well as Mel's daughter Angel, whom she has with Eddie Murphy, and Phoenix, from her first marriage to dancer Jimmy Gulzar.

Mel and producer Stephen have recently been through a messy divorce though, with a deal finalized last week (ends03dec17) stating the star will pay her former spouse $6.5 million.
