The 59 year old was charged with criminal weapons possession after cops allegedly found an ice pick in his car, as well as disorderly conduct, making graffiti, possessing a graffiti instrument and resisting arrest.
He was arraigned at Manhattan Criminal Court on Friday (24Sep10) and his bail was set at $20,000 .
The judge overseeing the case also ordered Linhart to undergo a psychological evaluation to assess his mental state, according to the New York Daily News.
Linhart's defense lawyer, Cheryl Bader, told the court, "There was no threatening conduct. My understanding is it's not a crime to adore Madonna, if it were, the court would be a lot more crowded."
