Louis Tomlinson rules out engagement

Louis Tomlinson has ruled out the chance of a second One Direction engagement this year (13), as he will not be following in the footsteps of his bandmate Zayn Malik by proposing to his girlfriend.

Malik left many of the boyband's young fans heartbroken when he announced plans to marry his singer partner Perrie Edwards in August (13), and the wedding talk prompted speculation that Tomlinson will be the next member of the band to walk down the aisle.

However, Tomlinson, 21, who is dating longtime love Eleanor Calder, is adamant marriage is still a long way off for him.

He tells Britain's Metro, "Zayn's decisions are his own. We've all congratulated him on it but as far as I am in my relationship, I'm cool for now. I think most people are the marrying kind, I just don't know when yet. I still feel young."
