Lindsay Lohan has settled a two-year legal wrangle with the driver of a truck she collided with on the Pacific Coast Highway in California.
The actress crashed her Porsche into a semi-truck in June, 2012 and then allegedly attempted to pass off her assistant as the driver.
The motorist sued Lohan for mental and physical suffering, but the case won't be going to trial, according to TMZ.com, because his attorney has reached an out-of-court settlement with the actress' lawyers.
Terms of the deal are confidential.
Lohan, who is preparing to make her stage debut in London's West End, was on her way to the set of her TV movie flop Liz & Dick when the accident occurred.
