Kim Kardashian has regained her pre-pregnancy figure with the help of Sharon Osbourne's favourite low carbohydrate diet plan.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty has been showing off a slimmer look in recent weeks and she reveals she has the Atkins diet to thank for helping her shed the extra pounds since giving birth to boyfriend Kanye West's first child, daughter North, in June (13).
Responding to a fan's question about her post-baby slim down on Twitter.com, she wrote, "I've actually been doing the Atkins diet & luv (sic) it."
The popular healthy-eating programme, created by Dr. Robert Atkins, encourages dieters to eat protein-rich foods instead of counting calories.
Kardashian, who has also been photographed hitting the gym and working with a personal trainer as part of her exercise routine, isn't the only celebrity to use the Atkins diet - Sharon Osbourne is a spokesperson for the food plan, which her rocker husband Ozzy and son Jack also follow to fight the flab.
