Kim Kardashian caught up in private jet drama

Kim Kardashian feared she would miss a nightclub appearance on Friday (08Apr16) when her private jet was grounded due to a fault.

The reality TV star was scheduled to host the third-year anniversary party of the Hakkasan nightclub inside the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Friday, but she was concerned she would miss the appearance after her plane was found to have a mechanical problem. She was left stranded at the airport for a while until another private jet was found to take her to Sin City.

Kim documented the drama in a series of videos on cell phone app Snapchat, which showed the pilot informing them of the bad news. Kim then reassured nightclub bosses she will get there no matter what.

"Don't worry, we are going to make it to Vegas, Hakkasan, I will not let you down. I will be there and I will be on time," she said in the footage, which featured the caption, "FML (f**k my life)" with a plane emoji followed by a crying face.

She then continued to post pictures and videos from inside the faulty jet to occupy her time.

To make matters worse, Kim then injured her ankle. She posted a picture on Snapchat showing her ankle buried under a bag of ice cubes and captioned it, "Jet drama & I fell & almost broke my ankle #fun". She did not explain how badly she was hurt, but she appeared to be walking just fine later on in the night as she posed for photos at the Vegas club.

Sister Khloe flew to Las Vegas on a separate jet to join in the fun, and Kim was convinced she suffered the bad karma because she was "stealing" Khloe's best friend Malika to be her own travel companion.

After they reached their destination, Kim tweeted, "So much drama tonight! We finally made it to Vegas!!! Who is at Hakassan (sic)?? I'm coming!"

The reality star has just returned from a family holiday to Vail, Colorado. During the vacation, it was revealed her brother Rob Kardashian had become engaged to model Blac Chyna.

The couple is reportedly planning to get married within a year and will be inviting all the Kardashian clan to the nuptials, according to TMZ.com, even though Rob's famous family has yet to publicly congratulate the pair on its engagement.
