KIDMAN CAN COLLECT THOUSANDS

Nicole Kidman isn't feeling the effects of the global economic downturn - she's owed more than $16,000 in cash.

The Moulin Rouge! star's bank balance is set to swell after she claims the $16,673 she is due from both Wells Fargo Bank and NBC Universal, according to the California State Controller's Office.

The bank owes the actress for "court deposits" while she can lay stake to money NBC owes her for "wages, payroll and salary".
