Kevin Farley's ex-girlfriend has been denied a restraining order against the actor.
The Curb Your Enthusiasm star's former lover Fayrene Byrd-Doig filed a request for a protection order against Farley last month (Apr12), alleging he had threatened to kill her.
Farley vehemently denied the accusation, and a judge sided with the
actor earlier this week (14May12) when he refused to grant her an
order.
Farley tells TMZ.com, "I'm just glad it's over."
