Kelly Osbourne put on drip for sickness bug

Kelly Osbourne was put on an intravenous drip by doctors on Thursday (07Apr11) after falling sick.

The singer-turned-TV-star sought medical advice after a meal made her vomit and she called on her mother Sharon to pick her up from the doctor's surgery after she had received treatment.

In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Oh my God I was sooooooo sick today from something I 8 (ate) at breakfast. My mum just picked me up from the doc's because I had to have an I.V. (drip)"

It isn't the first time Osbourne has experienced a sickness problem - she fell ill with a vomiting bug on the set of her new movie So Undercover in January (11), and her symptoms became so severe medics put her on a drip to replenish fluids.
