Katherine Heigl has finally kicked her cigarette habit - she's gone without her daily nicotine fix for a month.

The Knocked Up star, 30, has been desperately trying to ween herself off the addiction for months after realising smoking was taking over her life.She previously said, I started smoking when I was 24, because I'm an idiot. I don't enjoy it so much now, because I've become such a slave to it. I hate planning my life around when I'm getting a cigarette.But Heigl has not puffed on a cigarette since quitting tobacco in July (09) - and her health has already been given a boost.A source tells Us Weekly magazine, She feels so much better.
