KANYE WEST SELLING HOLLYWOOD HOME

Kanye West is doubling up in the property market - he's selling the minimalist Hollywood home he bought in 2003 for more than twice the amount he paid for it.

The Stronger hitmaker has put the Fareholm Drive property up for sale with an asking price of $3.9 million, according to RealEstalker.com.

West paid $1.7 million for the Los Angeles address in 2003 - one year before he released his debut album The College Dropout.

The three-storey home features three bedrooms and three bathrooms and also comes with French walnut floors, dramatic stark white interiors and high ceilings.
