Jason Derulo yearning to spend time in new dream house

R&B star Jason Derulo has yet to settle into the new pad he bought just in time for Christmas (12) - because he's always on the road.

The Whatcha Say hitmaker obtained the keys to his "dream" property in December (12), but his busy schedule has forced him to continue living out of his suitcase and as a result, he's yet to turn his house into a home.

He says, "I haven't spent more than two weeks in (my new house), which is kind of crazy but soon I'll get back there. My brother's enjoying it for me right now!"
