Eva Longoria settles car crash dispute

Eva Longoria has dodged a court battle over a car crash after settling with the motorist who accused her of hitting him in 2010.
The Desperate Housewives star was scheduled to take the stand and face off with Roman Gasparyan later this month (Aug12) but she has settled with him out of court.
Longoria maintains she was not at fault.
The settlement was announced in Los Angeles on Friday (03Aug12),
