Eva Longoria revs up for charity race

Eva Longoria showed her sporting side on Saturday (30Apr11) by participating in a sponsored race car rally for charity.

The Desperate Housewives star, 36, helped organise the Rally for Kids With Cancer Scavenger Cup in Miami, Florida to raise money for sick children - and she was keen to participate.

Longoria took part in a car race as she was driven in a Mercedes SLR McLaren around a track, while she also enjoyed a flight on a light aircraft during the day.

The event helps fund children's cancer research, as well as care and treatment for youngsters in Miami.
