Chris Pratt to star in Cowboy Ninja Viking adaptation - report
Actor Chris Pratt is reportedly set to star in the big screen adaptation of Cowboy Ninja Viking.
The film will be based on A.J. Lieberman and artist Riley Rossmo's graphic novel and will feature the Guardians of the Galaxy star as a man suffering from multiple personality disorder, who becomes a counter-intelligence agent.
The project has been in the works for several years with Zombieland
writers Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese initially penning a screenplay
for Disney. However, the movie was not picked up by the studio, and
executives at Universal acquired the project and hired World War
Z's Marc Forster as the director, according to Collider.com.
Forster is now only attached to the project as a producer and a new
director has not yet been hired.
