Cassie had questions about Diddy's American Music Awards hook-up with J.Lo

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' girlfriend had a few questions about his reunion with former flame Jennifer Lopez at the 2015 American Music Awards.

Combs was asked about Cassie's feelings when he announced he'd be hooking up with J.Lo, who he dated in the late 1990s, during an appearance on Power 105.1 FM's The Breakfast Club on Friday (01Apr16).

After initially brushing off the query by stating, "My woman, at the end of the day, you know, she ain't have a problem with it", he reconsidered and added, "She had some questions. She had some questions."

Diddy revealed his girlfriend was happy to learn Jennifer's boyfriend Casper Smart would be there.

"Casper was there," he said. "Me and Jennifer... people gonna be friends, man. People gonna grow, and, you know, any of my exes, they smile, and they're happy to see me, you know what I'm saying? And that's all that was about."

Diddly and J.Lo split in 2001 and two years later she told Vibe magazine his cheating supposedly wrecked the romance.

"I never caught him, but I just knew," she said at the time.
