Shakira inks management deal with Jay-Z

Colombian superstar Shakira is putting her career in the hands of Jay-Z - she's reportedly signed to the rap icon's Roc Nation management company.

The Hips Don't Lie hitmaker recently inked a deal to join fellow Roc Nation signees Rihanna, rapper Wale and singers Santigold and Melanie Fiona at the firm, according to XXLMag.com.

Jay-Z founded the company in 2008 in partnership with Live Nation bosses.
