Gwyneth Paltrow's alleged stalker sent threatening messages to kids' school

A man accused of harassing Gwyneth Paltrow has reportedly been sending "disturbing and frightening" emails to her children's school.

The Iron Man star obtained a temporary restraining order against the male last week (ends17Nov17), banning him from going within 200 yards (183 meters) of Gwyneth, her 13-year-old daughter Apple, and 11-year-old son Moses.

At the time, there were few details about what prompted the actress to take legal action, but now documents obtained by TheBlast.com reveal she was concerned for the safety of her family.

The suspect, only identified by outlet editors as a 35-year-old male, stands accused of firing off "an alarming number of emails" to Gwyneth via a series of different email addresses, including one for her goop lifestyle brand, for which she has a new retail location in Santa Monica, California.

However, the situation has since escalated, with the man accused of sending "disturbing sexual emails to my child's school and leaving physical notes addressed to me near the goop store in Santa Monica," she writes in the legal papers.

Paltrow, who shares her kids with ex-husband Chris Martin, has another court hearing scheduled for next month (Dec17), when she and her lawyers will seek to make the protective order permanent.

The accused is reportedly the same guy who pestered female stars including U.S. President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka and Kim Kardashian.

He was last taken into custody on 28 October (17) after a bench warrant was issued for his arrest when he failed to show up in court for a scheduled hearing. Upon his arrest, it was discovered he had two other outstanding warrants, including one for "intent to annoy with an electronic device".

A restraining order was recently filed by bosses at Kim Kardashian's talent agency William Morris Endeavor Entertainment after the man threatened a senior executive over the phone, and then showed up at the company's office hoping to get the reality TV star's details so he could reach out to her. He previously served six months in jail for aggravated harassment against Ivanka Trump.
