'Captain America' Trailer #2 Hits The Web |
|
There’s just something about a comic book hero that we can’t resist! Chris Evans is gearing up to hit the big screen as the supercharged patriotic idol in Captain America: The First Avenger. The theatrical trailer for the Marvel flick has finally hit the web after a teaser clip was released 3 months ago. This time around, fans are getting a closer look at the life of Steve Rogers both before and after he is transformed into the iconic super-soldier. The trailer gives us a sneak peak of just why Rogers is the prime candidate for the larger-than-life military experiment that has everyone intrigued. Yes, he’s a small but determined guy -- the ultimate underdog, but he’s also daring and courageous, the kind of person who would die for you. No, really, he would jump on a grenade for you! Don’t believe it? Just check out the trailer, which is full of gripping sequences that are currently exciting comic book fans across the states.
Joining Chris Evans will be superstar actors Stanley Tucci and Tommy Lee Jones, as he gets some massive muscles to match his valor and spirit -- and of course, he’ll be donning our good old Stars 'n' Stripes as well. Although this will actually mark the third time Captain America has been adapted for Hollywood (other movies were filmed in 1944 and 1990), it’s looking like this will be the best remake yet. Between the triumphant conquest and chic 1940s flair, this story promises to keep your eyes glued to the screen. The action-packed film is slated for release on July 22. That means you all have just about a month to prepare your shields and get ready for the epic battle!
