Dan Black Creates "Symphonies" for the Ears AND Eyes

UK import, Dan Black, has been mashing his way through the dance-pop scene for a few years now, and he will soon be taking the stage at this year's Lollapalooza.

His latest single, "Symphonies" (from his debut album UN), has had quite an adventure of its own since its release in December, holding the title of "Single of Week" on iTunes, getting remixed with Kid Cudi, floating around alternative radio stations, gaining cred with Billboard, and now available in eye-catching music video form.

I'm totally digging this video, which pays tribute to some of our favorite film genres of the last hundred years. Any serious cinephiles out there, prepare yourself for a major treat. If this is any indication of what we can expect from Dan Black in the future, then we are all in for a massive dose of awesome.
