YouTube Star Keenan Cahill Releases 1st Original Single!

Before Rebecca Black ever wanted to get down on Friday, Keenan Cahill was was already blowing up YouTube. Spotted two years ago at the age of 15, Keenan grabbed the attention of audiences everywhere with his self-produced lip-sync videos to America's Top 40 pop hits. This Internet star gained over 55,000,000 views on his lip-sync of Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream” ALONE, and, two years later, he has now over 409 million total YouTube views and counting! His simple yet quirky videos have definitely appealed to a broad range of YouTube watchers! He's even appeared in videos with Jennifer Aniston and the cast of "Glee", and just this past summer, he gave our own Nikki Novak some pointers!

Now, Keenan has teamed up with duo Electrovamp to create an ORIGINAL new tune! The just-released video portrays his (and every other teenage boy's) dream day at school, falling asleep in class when two super hot chicks walk into the classroom to take him to the club.

Keenan says that he wanted to release his own song because: ”After lip-synching for so long, it was starting to get boring. I thought it was time to get my own voice out there and take a risk.”

With all his other recent celebrity collaborations with the likes of Gavin DeGraw, 50 Cent, Justin Bieber, and so many more, Kennan has met more celebrity idols than the average red carpet; however, Keenan states: “I’d love to do something with Daniel Tosh or Zach Galifianakis.”

What do you think of Keenan producing his own music?
