That voice, that passion, that eyeliner!!!

 

It’s been far too long since Adam Lambert has graced my computer screen or tickled my ear drums with a new single and music video. Yes, he released “Better Than I Know Myself” back in December, but I need my Glambert fix, people!

 

Lucky for me, he’s just released the music video for the second single off his sophomore album, Trespassing, entitled “Never Close Our Eyes”. The song, co-written by Bruno Mars, has a great electropop beat fused with Adam’s always emotive vocals as he sings about seizing every moment and living it to the fullest. The video reflects both ideals, seeing Adam trapped in an industrialized distopia, where everyone goes through the motions like robots, never actually enjoying life… just surviving in it.

 

That’s no way to live, screams Glambert in his rock ‘n’ roll duds and pristinely styled hair! Follow me, he says, to an existence of fabulousness! And he does just that, inspiring his fellow robo-people to wake up and rebel… and DANCE!
