Hands down, Grey's Anatomy is the most talked about medical staff on the tube. In fact one of their top docs, played by Katherine Heigl, is actually a model turned PhD. Yeah, that happens! The doctors on staff are as beautiful as they are intelligent - and frisky too. Grey's is synonymous with sexy goings on, but who could blame them? With temptations like the smoking hot Eric Dane, Justin Chambers, Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey, you'd be hooking up with your co-workers in the linen closet, too.

The docs of Grey's were so attractive that they spilled over to an entirely new medical drama, filled with even more sexy stars like Kate Walsh and Taye Diggs.

Meanwhile, the meanest doctor on TV has the hottest staff on House, with Aussie dreamboat Jesse Spencer, Maxium-rated babe Olivia Wilde, and the smoldering Omar Epps.

Not to be outdone, other series that take place outside the hospital environment have incorporated the incredibly good-looking medical professional into the fold, like Matthew Fox on Lost and Emily Deschanel on Bones.

Though no matter how many hotties in scrubs you may uncover, the most famous TV doc of all-time is ER's beloved George Clooney, who was so popular he was asked to return years after his departure from the series to give it a proper send off.
