Here’s something you don’t hear everyday: Creator and executive producer of wildly successful television crime drama franchise decides to channel his talents into original online content. Usually, it’s the other way around, right?
 
Not if you’re Anthony Zuiker, the mastermind behind the “CSI” franchise. For him, “amateur” online filmmaking is where it’s at, and though he could conceivably retire today and never have to work another day in his life, he continues to feed his creative urges thanks to online outlets such as BlackBoxTV.
 
Zuiker teamed up with YouTube auteur Tony Valenzuela to crank out “The Perfect Night”, and YHN headed to the premiere party where Anthony told us how the whole deal came about. If this is the future of entertainment, count us in!
