'Tis the season to be jolly, fa la la la la la la la la! Okay, well, I may not be able to sing that well, but my girl Tia sure can! Tia Mowry recently starred in the ABC Family Christmas movie special, The Mistle-tones, a film about a young woman, Holly (played by Tia), who puts together a misfit group of singers after being unreasonably turned away by the town’s Holiday choir group. The film has a "Glee" feel with a new pop arrangement of Holiday songs like “12 Days of Christmas” and “All I Want for Christmas is You”. Tori Spelling plays the villain of the film, and Jonathan Patrick Moore, most known for his role in "The LA Complex", plays Tia’s love interest.

But what else has Tia been up to since she finished up "Sister, Sister"? After wrapping her successful sitcom with her twin sister Tamera, they went on to star in a couple movies with their other sister, Taj Mowry, such as Seventeen Again and Twitches for the Disney channel. Tia then went solo, doing a few voice over parts, but her next big role came on BET’s series "The Game". Aside from her career, she attended Pepperdine University to study Psychology. Since her days on "Sister, Sister", Tia has also gotten married and had a beautiful baby in 2011. Her husband, Cory Hardrict, is also an actor, most known for his roles in Gran Torino and Battle: Los Angeles.
Its great to see how far Tia has come since her younger days on "Sister, Sister", and hopefully, we will see more things to come!
