Directioneers, rejoice! Although there is still going to be a two week wait for the release for their highly-anticipated sophomore album, Take Me Home, superstar boy band One Direction have just released their second single, “Little Things,” and let’s just say, our fangirl hearts are swooning harder than ever.

 

The 3:27-long song ballad, which received an overwhelming amount of feedback when it was released on the band’s YouTube VEVO page, was written by fellow Brit and song-writing extraordinaire Ed Sheeran and is the absolute perfect song to listen to whenever you are feeling a little bit down on yourself. 

 

With lyrics like “Your hand fits in mine like it’s made just for me / But bear this in mind, it was meant to be...”, how could you not fall head over heels in love with 1D?

 

If this single, and the previous one “Live While We’re Young”, is any indication of how the entire upcoming album will be, then we cannot wait until Take Me Home is released on November 13!
