Taylor Swift Paints Her Love Life 'Red'

On October 22, the youthful fairytale songstress Taylor Swift will debut her new album, Red. With much anticipation, this young country star will release yet again another full album of heartfelt “Romantic Misadventures” (as tweeted by Swift herself). Taylor is the ideal princess waiting to be swept off her feet by none-the-less Prince Charming. Through recent heartbreaks, Taylor has created her own fame and written songs to put any would-be ex-boyfriend to shame.

Recently, Taylor released “We Are Never Getting Back Together”, “Begin Again”, and “Red”, all promoting her upcoming new album. Last week, Taylor released “I Knew You Were Trouble”, a song that took her country stardom to a different genre. The song starts off catchy and similar to every Taylor Swift song that is known to become a hit. Then about one minute in, it takes a turn from a pop song to more of a slight dubstep sound. I found it surprising and unexpected from Taylor Swift, who once sang “Tear Drops On My Guitar”, a profound country ballad. Although, after having the song on repeat a couple times, it was once again stuck in my head. The pop/country star says this newly released song is one her favorites on the album.

Tonight is the official release of the last single, “State of Grace”, before her album drops in exactly one week. "Good Morning America" previewed a 30-second clip of the song, along with an explanation of "when you first fall in love with someone, the possibilities and, you know, kind of thinking about the different ways that it could go. It’s a really big sound to me; it sounds like the feeling of falling in love in an epic way."

I fully expect this song that’ll be released tonight to hit #1. It sounds romantic just like any girl who wants to be swept off her feet. Taylor is infamous for embedding clues as to whom she is singing about in her lyrics -- “I thought I was much more cryptic and clever than I really was. It’s pretty difficult to come up with them, because I know that you guys are going to figure it out,” says Taylor. This new song quotes: “And I never saw you coming, and I’ll never be the same”... maybe the fans will once again be able to guess who this precious pop star is writing about in her new love song.

The fans love Taylor Swift, because girls feel that for every emotion, there is a Taylor Swift song for that. She grows with the age group that follows her, and she remains a dedicated hopeless romantic.

On her new album, Taylor says: “All the different emotions that are written about on this album, they’re all pretty much about the kind of tumultuous, crazy, insane, intense, semi-toxic relationships that I’ve experienced in the last two years… Spanning from intensive love, intense jealousy, confusion... those emotions are all red. There’s nothing beige about any of those feelings, so I called the record Red.”

Will you be buying Taylor Swift's new album Red next week?
