Happy birthday to me!

Don't you just love birthdays?   I do!

I kicked off the weekend of b-day festivities with a DJing gig a h.wood on Thursday.   The evening was actually partially my b-day shindig as well as a party to celebrate one of my new films, The Perfect Age of Rock "ËœN' Roll, which I play the lovely Rose in and their participation at this year's American Film Market.   More on that next week.   :)

I was able to spin a full hour long DJ set with my crew "The White Kidz".  With momentum of the night and the push from the crowd, I improvised and was able to squeeze in a live performance of my new solo track "So Talented"!

With Friday being my actual birthday, I decided to celebrate in a fashion with a nice dinner with friends followed by a night out at Crown with fellow Scorpio Brittny Gastineau.

Saturday I spent the day out on my friend's yacht in Marina Del Rey. I enjoyed some surf n turf and also watched some football. Go Charger and Redskinz!   I had needed a nice mellow day to refresh :)

On Sunday, I had another DJing gig at a toy drive in a cozy pad in LA benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles.  We had an amazing time and are very thankful to those that kept chanting for more tunes.

Through all this madness I realized that not only am I one year older, but hopefully a litter wiser :)  I had a lot to reflect on and a lot to be grateful for.   Celebrate each day as if it's your last and you never know what tomorrow will bring.
