The Living Room Lounge at the W Hotel in Hollywood has been the setting for Date Night for Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez. It’s been a place where David Beckham can unwind and Nicole Scherzinger can dance the night away. Even Carly Rae Jepsen is tweeting about it. Every Sunday night, from 9pm to 2am, the W Hotel is transformed into an intimate Jazz Club featuring live vintage Jazz and Blues from Brenna Whitaker and her Little Big Band.

 

Last night’s attendees included Mel Gibson, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Karina Smirnoff, Derek Hough, Kenny G, Babyface, Josh Groban, as well as "American Idol" alums Haley Reinhart, Pia Toscano, and Stefano Langone. Gavin DeGraw sang “Let’s Get It On” and Michael Bolton took the stage to perform some of his biggest hits.

 

 

What began simply as “Jazz Night” has turned into a who’s who of Hollywood looking to take in some sweet sounds and sometimes even give surprise performances of their own. So, if you happen to be in the Hollywood area, make your weekend last as long as possible, dress up in your best old Hollywood glamour attire, and get your jazz on!
