TV icon and Hollywood mom Soleil Moon Frye {Punky Bruster!} is turning her passion into a new career option. Can you save the earth by shopping at her boutique? Maybe so!

While this feisty former child star is all grown up now, she’s turned into a celebrity business woman with a passion for the environment. Plus with two little ones, a new mom is always on the lookout for the very best for her baby.

“After spending months on the web researching and buying non-toxic and organic products that wouldn’t irritate our babies’ skin, we realized that the search to find these items was shockingly difficult,” says Paige Goldberg Tolmach, who co-founded The Little Seed with Soleil, their children’s specialty shop in Los Angeles that caters to eco-conscious parents.

“We wanted to create a physical space, and an accompanying website, where parents had the option to purchase stylish, organic and eco products exclusively,” Soleil says.

Everything about baby is covered (sometimes literally) at The Little Seed. The boutique is a virtual one-stop shop for parents. They’ve got clothing, bedding, furniture, toys, even laundry products all made with organic and eco-friendly materials.

Their motto: “Healthy for babies and healthy for the planet.”

Who can argue with that logic? Moms, they really do make the world a better place!
