Hollywood is so demanding, you guys. Image is everything. Thankfully where there are beautiful people, there are the celebrity trainers behind them! I've had the good fortune of talking to so many talented trainers, plus they've have a realistic approach to getting "celebrity bodied." One thing they all agree on is getting your diet in check:

Smoking hot Lalo Fuentes has trained me and we've talked at length about the importance of living life to the fullest, without denying yourself the things you crave - even if they're bad for you! This guy gets my kind of philosophy. If you're going to do the bad stuff, do it in moderation so you can do it without regret.

One quick way to get your diet on point, says Cindy Whitmarsh, ExerciseTV Trainer, is to kill liquid calories. "Cut sodas out of your diet," she advises. "Water is king. I recommend 90 to 128 ounces of water a day. Drink up!"

Another delicious way to eat yourself slim is handy snacks! Elizabeth TenHouten gave me some tips for a superstar workout & a fabulous DIY trail mix:

Elizabeth TenHouten's DIY Antioxidant Trail Mix:

2 plain rice cakes, crumbled

8 dried apricots, chopped

1 cup golden raisins

1 cup brown raisins

1 cup raw whole almonds

½ cup walnuts

½ cup sunflower seeds

1 cup goji berries

1 ½ cups raw chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to combine.

There are so many reasons to be active, yet equally as many to despise the process - especially considering the cost involved with monthly gym rates and parking fees.

It may sound like a gimmick, but you can workout and still lose inches without lifting heavy weights or going to the gym. Not everybody wants the world watching them while they sweat. Sweat still being a must, of course.
