Ready to be inspired? "'Cause it's time for you to shine brighter than a shooting star.” Owl City's latest music video, "Shooting Star", is a single off his fourth studio album, The Midsummer Station, which enjoyed a #7 ranking on Billboard's U.S. Top 200 chart.

“All these heavy thoughts will try to weigh you down, but not this time.” The official music video features young aspiring teenagers running around L.A. As they say, Los Angeles is the city of dreams, and it's important to show your “brilliant light… brighter than a shooting star, shine no matter where you are.”

Owl City’s Adam Young is speaking to the youth of any city to believe and not let your darkest night bring you down. It is important to break through the nonsense of today and brighten tomorrow with your positive energy.
