Just when we think summer is over… One Direction saves the day with a good old-fashioned campout! Well, okay, maybe not so old-fashioned... The boys lounge on couches, play in giant hamster balls, and cruise around on dirt roads in their new music video for their single “Live While We’re Young” off their sophomore album Take Me Home.

 

The video was initially set to be released on the 24th, but after an unauthorized YouTube video leak, 1D decided to push the release date to nearly a week earlier: Thursday at 3pm, and the video views are already pouring in. Behold the power of the Internet!

 

The British (and 1/5 Irish) boy band keeps their single young and fun with the PG-rated, bubble-gum feel that we have come to expect from the teen superstars, but they make sure to remind us that they’re not so innocent with lines like, “Tonight let's get some and live like we’re young”; Dicey, One Direction!

 

 

 

Call me a Directioneer if you must, but I’m into it! Keep it up, 1D. The sophomore album, Take Me Home, is set for release September 30.
