Did any of you all happen to notice that new cute Warbler on "Glee" the past couple of weeks? I sure did! I decided to do a little research and find out more about this Colton Haynes/Cody Linley-lookalike. His name is Nolan Gerard Funk, and he plays Hunter Clarrington on "Glee". He is 26-years-old, his zodiac sign is a Leo, and he likes to play hockey. This Canadian acts and sings, of course, as we all have seen on "Glee". He speaks French and German, and he used to compete as a national gymnast and diver. Sounds like the perfect guy to me!

 

 

He started out his acting career guest starring in various television shows like "Smallville", "Castle", "Lie To Me", and "Supernatural". He also did a couple short films before he got his big break in a Nickelodeon television movie called Spectacular!, which he starred in along with Victoria Justice and Tammin Sursok. Additionally, he portrayed Conrad Birdie in the Broadway production of Bye Bye Birdie in 2009-2010. He got rave reviews for his performance, and his career only continued to skyrocket from there. He appeared in a few episodes on "Warehouse 13" and started getting roles in highly-anticipated films like House at the End of the Street. After this, Funk landed his role on "Glee", and I’m sure I’m not the only female that is hoping Hunter Carrington gets more screen time! Funk has some other upcoming projects that are in post-production, including Riddick starring Vin Diesel and The Canyons starring Lindsay Lohan.

 

 

 

This new teen heartthrob has stolen my heart, and I can’t wait to see him in more movies and television shows in the future. Maybe Hunter can eventually join New Directions like Blaine! Or, maybe not, but be sure to catch Nolan Funk on "Glee" this Thursday (December 6th)!
