Michael Bublé Brings Laughs for Canada in Juno Awards Promo
Written by Katie Marzullo

As you may or may not know, the Juno Awards are basically Canada’s equivalent to the Grammys. And that’s no small potatoes, as our Neighbours to the North consistently pump out quality talent that frequently make their way down to our own Yankee ears.

As you may also know, Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger and pop/punk princess Avril Lavigne recently got engaged, creating a Canadian musical supercouple akin to our own Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Furthermore, Micheal Bublé is amazing. He’s talented, he’s funny, and he’s also Canadian, so those ingredients are the perfect recipe for him to host this year’s Juno Awards.

Tying those last three paragraphs together is a cute little promo for the awards show that’s been airing up north, where these three Canadian powerhouses come together to create a mighty Maple Leaf Triumverate! Seriously, all that’s missing is Alanis Morissette and Justin Bieber (and possibly a moose wearing a Wayne Gretzky jersey, cuz CANADA, amirite?).

All kidding aside, I love me some Canucks, and this promo is just as charming as you would expect. See what the fuss is all aboot below!

The Juno Awards take place on April 21, but you won’t be able to watch them unless you live in Saskatoon and possibly Buffalo.
