This young, cute actress, and singer is best known as portraying the character of Rose Barker on CW's new hit show Privileged. She stars alongside with Ashley Newbrough and Joanna Garcia, playing a twin sister and young elite of South Beach Florida. Lucy started her acting career in 2003, where she has guest appeared in such shows as Drake and Josh, How I met Your Mother, and also in the film Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.
