John Stamos Gets "Grandfathered" Back Onto Our TV Screens Every Week!

So… you’re a grandfather?

The highly-anticipated FOX series "Grandfathered", starring John Stamos and Josh Peck, premiered last night and we loved it! Jimmy (Stamos) is a 50-year-old bachelor who owns a trendy restaurant. His world is turned upside-down when Gerald (Peck) walks in the door and announces that not only is Jimmy a father but also a grandfather. YIKES!

Things move quickly as Jimmy tries to settle into having a family. From changing diapers to babysitting, this new grandpa has a lot to learn. Jimmy should have no problem learning to change a diaper, though, since Gerald is an expert. Check out his tutorial!

We later find out that Vanessa (Christina Milian) is the mother of Gerald’s daughter, Edie, and he wants help from his charming father to win her over. As Gerald prepares for a date with Vanessa, he leaves Edie in the hands of Jimmy -- UGH OH!

FYI, Edie is played by the adorable twins Layla and Emelia Golfieri -- luckily, Stamos is more than experienced in sharing screentime with a pair of precocious toddler twinsies!

While Jimmy is attempting to “babysit”, he finds out that he needs to rush back to his restaurant for an important client. He even sets up a "baby zone" in the restaurant kitchen. Definitely a HAZARD waiting to happen! Poor baby ends up with a fever, and before you know it, it’s a mad dash to the hospital!

Jimmy realizes that this “grandfather” thing is going to take some work, but he is up for the challenge -- atta boy!

Shout-out to the Bob Saget cameo -- think we can expect more "Full House" alums to stop by in future episodes?

Make sure to tune in to "Grandfathered” on Tuesdays at 8pm and find out how Jimmy gets himself in and out of trouble and gets a crash-course on being a parent AND a grandparent. It's never too late, right??

Welcome back to our TV sets, John Stamos!
