Yesterday I wrote all about the return of Indiana Jones, but I only spoke of Harrison and flashed a quick pic of Cate. I knew I'd be doing more Indy today.First of course there is more to be said aboutHarrison, for braving such a physical role at 65. As he's said in interviews recently, yes, he's gotten older " and so have you.If you, like me, grew up with these films (mind you I was like 5), welcome to this weird thing called adulthood. What the crap? When did that happen? What's always worked for the Indy franchise is that he was never a brooding twenty-something, the original series took place in the prime of his career, not the start of it. This is a man's man, not some pumped-up pretty boy.Interestingly this more mature hero-type is also the appeal of Iron Man, but there's something more going on here. The Shia.Remember, old people, there are plenty of readers out there who grew up after the last movie was released. Turns out you can have your cake and eat it too. Not only do we get the return of a classic hero and his ladylove (for you Karen Allen fanatics out there), but we also get treated to some man candy for the little ladies! The thing about Shia, he's so lovable yet non-threatening. I'd totally hang out with him. He actually seems like a cool guy, likeable and worthy of being Indy's sidekick. To give you any idea how anticipated this movie is my roommate pre-ordered his ticket at the Arclight Theater here in L.A. two weeks ago. Meanwhile, I managed to work a free screener thanks to Young Hollywood, thanks guys!Off on my next entertainment adventure... --Wes
