Foodies, this one is for you! Hollywood's hottest new food craze even has that Hills girl Lo Bosworth chatting up tacos on Chelsea Lately. This is one delicious fad!

Kogi BBQ (http://kogibbq.com/) is, simply put, a Korean-style taco stand on wheels. They Twitter their next location, where devotees stand for hours in lines packed with hundreds of people hungry to devour chef Roy Choi's gourmet street food.

Like any overnight sensation, there's a hearty back story. Something like eight months ago, Roy Choi was running a place he'd co-established in Santa Monica, but he wanted to serve Korean-fusion food. When buddy Mark Maguera came up with a plan to make him executive chef at a new venture, Roy got on board and they've been trucking along ever since. Literally.

Armed with signature dishes and a trained staff of cooks ready to serve, the Kogi crew are an effective mobile kitchen that serves all over the greater Los Angeles area.

Amazingly for the devote following it has such a short time later, story has it that the Kogi BBQ truck was harassed by gangs, mocked by locals and didn't sell a taco for weeks. Sometimes you have to shove genius down people's throats.

Now people are cramming it in. There are websites dedicated to the Kogi BBQ crawl, it's practically a tailgate party every night! Arrive early and reap the rewards.

Follow Kogi BBQ (http://twitter.com/kogibbq) to track down the Hollywood's tasty new crush. You've got to get some of this.
