The more you eat the more you will lose! Doesn't that sound like the perfect diet? Well, celebrity chef Robert Bassiri is a big believer in the Heart Soup diet. Everyone is looking for that quick fix when it comes to dieting, and although this diet takes some willpower and integrity, it can help you get ready for that bikini or swim trunks a little quicker!Heart soup has been around for quite some time, but it seems that even some celebs are catching on especially when it's time for that money shot, according to Chef Bassiri. It's a great way to jump start your weight loss goals. Although, it offers less calories, it fills you up and makes you less tempted to indulge in fattening foods! So here's how it goes: Ingredients: 2 green peppers 1 bunch asparagus 1 head of cabbage 1 bunch of kale 1 bunch of swiss chard 1 bunch parsley 7 stalks celery 1 bunch green onions 1 gallon containers of V8 juice (2) Chef Bassiri recommends chopping veggies into tiny chop, and sauting them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 6 minutes. Add V8 juice and cook until only brought to a boil. Take off heat. He suggests eating the soup for three days straight (breakfast, lunch, and dinner.) Don't cheat with any snacking!
