GObama! How To Get First Lady Arms

Ok, let's just put it on the table: Our First Lady is pretty fit and not afraid to flaunt it? I want to be respectable, of course, but those buff arms are not kept well hidden. Why should they be out of sight, they're outta sight!

Here's how to get Obama-arms:

3 exercises will really benefit you here, and you don't need a gym. Get some small dumbbells, which you can find anywhere on the cheap, or use water jugs filled to the top.

1- Curls: Stand in a half squat position, feet shoulder width apart with knees bent. Keep the back straight and curl the weights forward to work the bicep. Do 16, then rest, repeat 2 times.

2- Reverse curls: Now bend forward slightly, knees still bent, back flat, and push the weights towards the back of the room, then curl the arms back to touch the weights to your shoulders.

3- Dips: Using a chair back or table, support your weight with your hands behind you in a half-seated position, keeping the arms straight. Back should be straight with feet pointed outwards, then bend the arms to dip down into a full "L" shape, and straighten them to push back up to the half-seated position.

Don't worry about using weights and getting bulky. If it were so easy to add bulk, everybody who went to the gym would be walking around with huge muscles.

If you've never worked with weights before, start small, then increase as it becomes easier. Begin with 3 to 5 pounds, then 8 to 10 pounds and higher.
