Emmy Rossum Teams Up with Elie Tahari for a Bag and a Good Cause

A portion of the proceeds for her “Emmy” bag will go to the charity Safe Horizon, an organization that helps and provides assistance to victims of domestic violence. “The process of designing this collection and working with Elie and his design team has been such a great creative experience for me. I have always wanted to design my own collection. I am so thrilled with the final results and that we are able to use this partnership to benefit such a worthy cause,” Emmy said.

Wednesday night (April 27), Elie Tahari himself welcomed some well-heeled Washingtonians with his new store, the Elie Tahari Boutique at Tysons Galleria. The private cocktail reception, which was also hosted by Vogue Magazine, had several women fawning over the “Emmy” bag, which comes in natural, black, white, mushroom, yellow, and washed metallic with yellow contrast stitching.

This gorgeous, buttery soft leather bag is available in several different styles and, aside from the Elie Tahari Collection stores, will also be available at Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Bloomingdales.
