As Chuck Bass in the fantastically outrageous Gossip Girl this UK import is by far my favorite deviant character, possibly ever. And for a straight white boy, his outfits are wicked fierce. The scarves and Satan red jacket do it to me.

I'm super jealous, because our girl Jill got to do an interview with him at the Teen Choice Awards.† He dropped his fake American accent and delivered every line with his natural, British inflection. SWOON!

When asked if the new season is going to be even sexier and steamier than the first he told her, We wouldn't let you down.

Somehow, Jill managed to keep it together. I have to applaud her for being a true professional. I probably would have just drooled the whole time.

So, from the sounds of it, there will be plenty of eye candy when Gossip Girl returns in September. Delicious!
