It's all about glamour at a discount. Look salon fabulous - for less!

Even a big name celebrity stylist like Ken Paves, who does Eva Longoria's mane, has been quoted as saying that everyone can get all their hair care needs at the local drugstore.

Case in point: Cristophe professional hair care.

Although I love my regular shampoo, my last shopping spree at CVS stumpled upon Cristophe Beverly Hills Volumizing Shampoo on sale. For $3 (normally $8) I just had to try it!

If you're like me, it's not a matter of how much hair you have - it's the texture. I have a ton of hair but its baby fine. A lot of products clean well yet fail to give my hair a boost. After a wash it's flat and unmanageable so I end up having to put a ton or product to make it stay in place.

I noticed a difference after about three washes; therefore I decidedly like this shampoo and highly recommend it. I can't say it's made my hair suddenly change texture, but you can't expect that. However it's no longer completely limp and lifeless after a wash.

The fine folks who rep the line sent me a mixed bag of stuff, which I happily passed on to some lucky people who were just as happy to try some free samples! For example, a friend of mine has beautiful curly hair and she raves about the hydrating products.
