Unless you've been living under a rock on a deserted island, chances are you've heard of this little show called Gossip Girl.

Even if you don't watch the show, you know there's the smart one, the naughty one and the pretty one. Chace Crawford is the pretty one.

My favorite bit about his character is that he is taken by private car wherever he goes. It's so over the top and I love it.

He's also quite the ladies man, if you catch my drift. A himbo if you will. But like his character, Chace is more than just a pretty face.

This clean cut, blond hair, blue eyed boy next door hails from hot boy central, aka Texas. Growing up in Dallas he came to Cali by way of Malibu, attending Pepperdine University.

Story goes that when he began to question his path during his sophomore year, his mother encouraged him to pursue the arts. Specifically, acting, and so he did. Imagine if she'd told him to get a real job!

He quickly landed an agency and leapt onto the big screen. Tween girls everywhere got their first Chace sighting in supernatural heartthrob convention, The Covenant. When he scored Gossip Girl it was in the bag.

Next up, Mr. Crawford graces theater screens again with The Haunting of Molly Hartley, just in time for Halloween. Funny how that works out, innit?

Already supported by an army of enthusiastic fans, he's poised to be Hollywood's next big thing. Superstardom, here he comes!
