Hollywood has always embraced nontraditional jobs, like race car driving and painting. Awesome gigs if you can get them - not really an internship one can apply for, however. With DJs like Samantha Ronson and others upping the celebrity angle, it seems like lately everybody wants to scratch. As our friend and globe-trotting DJ Casey Alva told us; Do it because you love music... do it to help people forget whatever drama they have faced during the week while they're dancing on your floor.

For those in the music game, it seems like a natural. Lilly Allen, Lady Sovereign, Jermaine Dupri, John Legend, Jade Jagger, the Madden Brothers, Nick Cannon, Lindsey Lohan and Pete Wentz have all tossed out records - and put a spin on them too.
