Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) -- The world’s biggest heartthrob is a close second to Gaga when it comes to follower count, and we love how the Biebs is always following and tweeting his fans, and frequently providing behind-the-scenes Instagram pics of himself while on tour or in the studio! Liam Payne (@Real_Liam_Payne) -- 1/5 of superstar group One Direction and another veritable teen heartthrob, Mr. Payne always makes it a point to reply to his many fans via tweets, (and with 1D’s recent success, that is A LOT of tweets), and even goes so far as to incorporate the livestreaming webcam service Twitcam to broadcast to fans how he is doing and what he is up to while being a member of the world’s biggest boy band.

 

Katy Perry (@katyperry) -- Everyone’s fave California Gurl, Katy is known for her vivaciously funny and politically-minded tweets, while also never failing to keep her KatyCats involved and up-to-date on all she is doing in the world of pop music.
